International Automotive Industry Education and Talent Development Conference 2026
The global automotive industry has entered a new stage of deep integration between new energy and intelligent connectivity. The trends of electrification, connectivity, and intelligence have fundamentally reshaped automotive product forms and aftermarket service models, driving the aftersales maintenance sector toward comprehensive upgrades in professional testing, digital diagnostics, and refined service delivery. Against this backdrop, the market now places higher competency requirements on aftersales maintenance professionals. In Southwest China, as NEV ownership continues to rise, demand has surged for interdisciplinary aftersales talent equipped with both NEV maintenance qualifications and intelligent system calibration capabilities.
The Work Plan for Stabilizing Growth in the Automotive Industry (2025–2026), issued jointly by eight national ministries and commissions, explicitly prioritizes NEV talent development, encourages industry–university–research collaboration to cultivate interdisciplinary professionals, and calls for establishing key talent lists and databases—providing clear policy guidance for talent development across the industry.
The International Automotive Industry Education and Talent Development Conference 2026 will bring together resources from industry associations, vocational institutions, automotive aftersales enterprises, and other stakeholders. With a focus on optimizing talent development systems and aligning training with industrial needs, the conference aims to build a comprehensive platform integrating talent cultivation, technical exchange, and job recruitment—empowering professional talent development and promoting high-quality advancement of the automotive industry in Southwest China and beyond.
